Following the establishment of the "Automotive Air Conditioning Engineering Technology Research and Development Center" in 2006, the Group invested in the construction of a research and development building with a total construction area of 15,631 square meters in 2011, which was completed and put into use in 2013. Introduced: vehicle air conditioning environment simulation laboratory, vehicle air conditioning system bench performance laboratory, HVAC performance laboratory and noise laboratory, front-end cooling module performance laboratory, reliability laboratory, three-dimensional vibration test bench, high temperature test box, vehicle data acquisition and test system, salt spray test box, secondary image measuring instrument, FLIR thermal imager and other imported equipment.

While continuously strengthening its own hardware and software construction, the group company also attaches great importance to industry-university-research cooperation, and has established joint research and development cooperation relationships with well-known universities such as Zhejiang University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Southeast University, and Nanjing Agricultural University. With the support of Jiangsu Province and Nanjing Municipal Government, a post-doctoral workstation was established in 2013.

In recent years, through independent research and development, remarkable achievements have been made in the field of new energy vehicle air conditioning. At present, the electric vehicle air conditioning system independently developed by the group has successfully served BAIC, BAIC Foton, PSA, FAW, Geely, Jizhi, Jiangsu Niuchuang and other customers.

Through continuous innovation, the Group has also successfully developed and achieved key technologies for heat pump electric air conditioning systems and battery cooling systems. With people's attention to the air quality in the car, the introduction of in-car air quality adjustment products such as in-car air purifiers and perfume generators. At present, more than 170 patents have been obtained through independent research and development.
