Nanjing Xiezhong Auto-Airconditioner(Company)Co.,Ltd is a professional enterprise which produces automotive air conditioning and radiator. It was founded in 1994, located in the convenient transportation and economic development of Jiangsu Nanjing Jiangning National Hi-Tech Industrial Park, covers an area of 67,000 square meters, with the registered capital of RMB 696 million. Currently, our company has the following development layout: Nanjing Headquarters, Beijing Hainachuan Xiezhong, Liaoning Chenyou, Chongqing Xiezhong, Morocco Xiezhong, Wuhan Xiezhong as well as Zhuzhou Branch, Chengdu Branch, Linhai Branch and Jilin Branch. We have had the annual productivity of 3 million sets of automobile air conditioners. The main customers are BAIC, BAIC FOTON, PSA, DPCA , DONGFENG Group, CAPSA , FAW, GEELY , ZOTYE, Brilliance and other well-known international and domestic auto companies. On June 18th, 2012, our company was successfully listed in the main board of Hong Kong, with the stock code of HK3663.

Currently, our main products include automobile air conditioning systems, front-end module assemblies; parallel-flow evaporators, laminated evaporators; parallel-flow condensers, sub-cooled condensers; warm air cores, radiators, intercoolers, oil coolers; air conditioning pipes, air conditioning wire harnesses; injection molded parts, stamped parts and so on in which the electric automobile air conditioning system is a new product developed by our company in recent years and includes a heat pump electric air conditioning system, a battery cooling package system, an air purifier, an energy storage type evaporator, an efficient condenser and a coaxial pipe. The matched vehicle models include new energy automobiles, passenger vehicles, SUVs, MPVs, medium-heavy trucks, buses, etc.

Since the foundation, our company has been devoted to the improvement of management level and R&D strength. Our company passed ISO9001 Quality Management System certification in 1999, CCPA certification in 2001, QS9000 Quality Management System certification in 2002 as well as ISO/TS16949 Quality System Standard in 2005; our experimental center passed the approval of National Laboratory Evaluation Committee in 2008; our company was confirmed as “Jiangsu High-tech Enterprise” in 2009, was award the titles of “Nanjing Famous-brand Product” and “Nanjing Famous-trademark Enterprise” in 2010, passed the operation and certification of ISO14001 and ISO18001 Quality Systems in the same year, passed the certification of “Famous Trademark Enterprise” in 2011 and the certification of “Jiangsu High-tech Products” in 2012, was approved to set up a provincial postdoctoral workstation in 2013, and passed the certification of Nanjing Engineering Technology Research Center and the certification of “Jiangsu Famous-brand Product Enterprise” in 2014.

With high-quality products, our company has won the status of the best supplier of Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile, as well as the title of “Excellent Supplier” for BAIC, BAIC FOTON, PSA, Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile, Dongfeng Group, Changan PSA Automobile, FAW, Geely, Zotye, Brilliance and many other main car makers.

After “Automobile Air-conditioning Engineering Technology R&D Center” established in 2006, the group newly invested to construct an R&D building with the total area of 15,631㎡ in 2011, which was completed and put into use in 2013. We have introduced a finished automobile air-conditioning environment simulation test room, a finished automobile air-conditioning system bench performance test room, an HVAC performance test room and noise test room, a front-end cooling module performance test room, a reliability test room, a 3D vibration test bench, a high-temperature test chamber, a finished automobile data acquisition test system, a salt spray test chamber, a secondary image measurement instrument, an FLIR thermal imager and other kinds of imported equipment. 

Our company also lays emphasis on industry-university- research cooperation while constantly enhancing our own hardware/software construction, which has established a common R&D cooperative relationship with Zhejiang University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Southeast University, Nanjing Agricultural University and other well-known universities and colleges. We established a branch of the postdoctoral workstation in 2013 with the support of Jiangsu Government and Nanjing Government.

Our company lays great emphasis on the construction of R&D talent team. Currently, we have more than 150 professional R&D technicians, as well as project management, product R&D, trial production, engineering design and other capabilities. Through 24 years of development and accumulation, we have become a synchronous development supplier of BAIC, BAIC FOTON, Brilliance, FAW, DPCA and other automobile factories, which can provide customers with whole-process R&D services such as benchmarking analysis, matched vehicle type air-conditioning system definition, CAE analysis, synchronous structure/functional design, rapid part trial production, experimental certification and so on at the initial stage of developing finished automobiles.

In recent years, we have made remarkable achievements in the field of new energy automobile air conditioners through independent research and development. At present, electric vehicle air-conditioning systems independently researched and developed by our company have successfully served in BAIC, BAIC FOTON, PSA, Brilliance, FAW, Geely, Min’an, Qiantu and many other customers.

Our group have also successfully developed and obtained key technologies of electric air-conditioning systems of heat pumps and battery cooling systems through constant innovation. With the concern of people on in-vehicle air quality, we have launched in-vehicle air purifiers, perfume generators and other in-vehicle air quality adjustment products. At present, we have obtained more than 60 patents through independent research and development.
